What to Expect

  • Duration: 30 minutes
  • Location: Outdoor air rifle shooting range at Bear Grylls Explorers Camp
  • Session Includes:
    • Safety briefing and equipment overview
    • Instruction on proper stance, aim, and trigger control
    • Optional scoring rounds or mini competitions
  • Safety:
    • Fully supervised by certified instructors
    • Low-pressure, air-powered rifles only
    • Eye protection and safety gear provided

Participant Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 8 years
  • Health & Safety: Participants must be able to follow instructions and handle equipment responsibly. Not suitable for individuals with impaired vision or mobility-related limitations affecting aim or posture.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing with good range of motion
  • Closed-toe shoes (mandatory)
  • Sunglasses and sunscreen (for daytime sessions)
  • Water bottle to stay hydrated
