Cabins & Accommodation

What are the check-in and check-out times? 
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out should be completed before 11:00 AM. 

How many people can stay in a cabin? 
Each cabin features a double bed with a single bunk above and can accommodate up to 3 guests. 

Do cabins have private bathrooms? 
Yes, every cabin includes a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, hand basin, and mirror. 

Are towels and bedding provided? 
Yes, we provide towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, fleece blankets, and protective covers for mattresses and pillows. 

Do you provide toiletries? 
We provide toilet paper, but guests should bring their own soap, shampoo, and personal care items. 

Do you make up the beds? 
Yes, our cleaning team sanitizes the cabin and makes the beds before your arrival. 

Is there air conditioning or heating? 
Each cabin is equipped with air conditioning for the warmer months. In winter, the mountain evenings can get cold—please bring warm clothing for nighttime comfort. 

Is there Wi-Fi in the cabins? 
No Wi-Fi, no distractions—just a true digital detox surrounded by nature. 

What’s inside the cabins? 
Cabins include a small fridge, kettle, storage space, crockery, cutlery, serveware, camp chairs, and indoor lighting. Outside, you’ll find a BBQ grill, picnic table with bench seating, shaded area, and waste bin. 

Do you provide a BBQ setup? 
Yes. Every cabin includes a BBQ grill and a BBQ tool kit with a spatula, fork, knife, brush, and tongs. 

Facilities & Services

What other facilities are available at the camp? 
We offer a utility room with a sink, microwave, and dishwasher, a reception with a small shop (selling snacks, drinks, charcoal, firewood, and essentials), a fully equipped first aid room, briefing and storage rooms, and restrooms for activity guests. 

Is staff available at night? 
Yes, the camp has 24-hour security, and a first-aid trained staff member is always on-site. 

Is luggage assistance provided? 
Guests are responsible for carrying their own bags to the cabins. 

Can I smoke at the camp? 
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 

Pets

Do you allow dogs? 
Yes, we have dedicated dog-friendly cabins. Up to 2 dogs are allowed per cabin. 

Are there specific rules for dog owners? 
Yes. Dogs must be sociable and toilet trained. Vaccination cards are required at check-in. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, are not allowed on beds, and must not urinate on vehicles or structures. Please clean up after your pet. 

Do you provide pet bedding or bowls? 
No. Guests must bring their own pet bedding, food, and bowls. 

Are cats or other pets allowed? 
Cats are welcome. For other pets, please contact us in advance at reservations@beargryllscamp.ae or info@beargryllscamp.ae. 

Food, Drinks & Cooking

Can I bring my own food? 
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Each cabin has a small fridge for storage. 

Can I pre-order meals or BBQ packs? 
Absolutely. You can pre-order food prepared by 1484 by Puro directly through our website. 

Do you sell charcoal and firewood? 
Yes, both are available at the camp shop, or you may bring your own. 

Is alcohol allowed? 
Guests may bring their own beverages. Please note: transport and consumption of alcohol is at your own risk. 

Can I light a campfire? 
Yes, but only in designated fire pits. 

Activities & Experiences

What activities are offered at the camp? 
We offer a range of Bear Grylls Signature Survival Courses as well as outdoor adventures including:

Are instructors certified? 
Yes. All courses and activities are led by trained professionals, following strict safety protocols and guidelines.

What COVID-19 safety measures are in place? 
We comply with all local and international guidelines, including ATTA COVID-19 Health & Safety protocols, to ensure the safety of all guests and staff during their stay and participation in activities. 

Are activities safe for beginners? 
Yes. Every activity is designed to be accessible, supervised, and safe, with proper briefings and safety gear provided.

We recommend athletic or outdoor wear, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, a refillable water bottle, and season-appropriate layers. Specific packing lists are provided for survival courses.
