Step Into the World of Via Ferrata
Via Ferrata—meaning "iron path" in Italian—is a specially designed mountain route equipped with fixed steel cables, ladders, bridges, and zip lines, allowing you to safely traverse steep rock faces and rugged terrains that would otherwise be accessible only to advanced climbers.
At Bear Grylls Explorers Camp, our Via Ferrata experience transforms the dramatic cliffs of Jebel Jais into your ultimate playground. Guided by expert instructors and securely attached to a continuous safety system, you’ll climb vertical rock walls, cross suspension bridges, and zipline across breathtaking mountain gaps—all while taking in panoramic views of the UAE’s highest peaks.
No prior climbing experience is needed. Whether you're stepping onto a rock face for the first time or seeking a new kind of outdoor challenge, our Via Ferrata combines the adrenaline of vertical adventure with the reassurance of world-class safety equipment and professional supervision.
With every rung you climb and every bridge you cross, you’ll not only conquer the landscape—you’ll also discover a new level of confidence and exhilaration, all while knowing you're safely connected from start to finish.
