Set in the striking landscape of Jebel Jais, the Wild Survival Course is a half-day immersive experience designed to teach practical survival techniques and test your instincts in a safe, guided environment. Crafted by Bear Grylls and delivered by his expert instructors, this 6-hour course strikes the perfect balance between challenge, learning, and fun.

You'll spend the day outdoors learning basic survival skills such as fire lighting, shelter building, navigation and water filtration—building a solid foundation in survival skills while enjoying the thrill of the mountain environment.

The Survival Priorities

At the core of the course is Bear Grylls’ signature survival memory aid:
“Please Remember What’s First” (PRWF)

  • P – Protection: Identify and respond to environmental threats—from predators and exposure to extreme weather.
  • R – Rescue: Learn how to create visible signals, set up fire beacons, and increase your chances of being found.
  • W – Water: Locate and purify drinking water—one of your most urgent priorities in a survival scenario.
  • F – Fire & Food: Master fire-building for warmth and safety and explore basic techniques for finding and preparing food.

What to Expect

  • Group Size: Up to 16 participants per course
  • Age Range: Adults (18+) and children aged 8–17 (must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Kit: Selected survival gear provided for the day
  • Certification: Receive a Bear Grylls Explorers Camp Certificate of Achievement upon completion
